The Parenteau Family

Yesterday I met up with my sister-in-law's family (aka JJPx5, they all have the same initials!) at Wild River State Park to take their annual family portraits. This group is one of my favorites to take pictures of (they are my family and I'm a bit biased. haha) because they are so fun to be around and they are all super cute! I wish I could put all their pictures on here, but here are just a few of my favorites!

Alex

Yesterday I met up with Alex and his parents in Minneapolis for his senior portrait session! I work with his mom, Donna, and she asked me a few weeks ago to take some senior pictures and I was thrilled! I was looking for some seniors to photograph so it made for some perfect timing. Alex is a laid back guy and was very easy to work with. I really didn't need to pose him at all, he was such a natural! Here are just a few of my favorites:

Avery

I had so much fun with the Tighe family on Sunday and can you believe little Avery is 6 months old already?! He is so chill and stylish, just like his parents, so photographing him is a breeze. I think he's going to be a handful in 15 years when the ladies come knockin on their door!

Nathan

My adorable little nephew Nathan turns 2 this month! Where has the time gone?! I think at this point he is very used to me taking pictures of him because he will go wherever I tell him and pose for me. And what a ham he is! I have so much fun taking pictures of him, and it was hard to narrow down which ones to put on here. Even my little niece Alayna snuck in a picture with big brother Nathan! Too cute!

Kayla & Matt

Kayla and Matt's love is so evident with every movement that they make. And even though I only spent a short time with them, the way that they look at eachother gives me chills! I had a great opportunity to assist/second shoot this fabulous wedding with my good friend, Megan Daas. You can see Megan's post on this wedding here:

Megan is beyond talented and I want to say thank you Megan for making my dream of shooting a wedding come true! I hope we get the chance to work together again very soon! I would also like to say thank you to Kayla and Matt for letting me tag along with Megan so she could show me the ropes of the wedding business. This day couldn't have been more perfect, for everyone involved!
